Neurodiversity Training
with a Difference
Create a culture of awareness, acceptance and active allyship
Are you looking for neurodiversity training that…
Instils curiosity and motivates your employees to learn more about neurodivergence and neuroinclusion.
Gives your employees the confidence and the tools to be neuroinclusive without the need to go into too much depth into each neurodivergent presentation (autism spectrum, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and more).
Focuses on taking action and implementing simple but effective best practices.
Look no further — it sounds like I might be just the right person.
Training that inspires action
“After this meeting I think I will disclose to my manager that I experience neurodivergence. I have never disclosed at a workplace before for fear of it being used against me.”
“There were really tangible actions that I can take away such as reminding people it's okay to turn their cameras off, to give more space and time for people to process and respond to a question.”
“I've learnt so much from attending the session today and feel more confident about what I can do to better support the wellbeing of my neurodiverse colleagues.”
“Following this session, I’ll reflect on the language that I use. I want to be an advocate for neurodiversity in the workplace, by calling out poor narratives and inappropriate language.”

In my work as a neurodiversity trainer, I draw onto:
My corporate experience: I’ve got a first-hand experience of working in the corporate environment as a neurodivergent professional. Prior to creating Expand the Circle, I enjoyed a diverse career as a Consulting Actuary (FIA CERA) for 10 years.
My own lived experience of autism spectrum and late-life diagnosis: I know what it’s like to process, experience and interact with the world differently. I’m always very happy to share my own experience, including the difficulties I experienced but also the amazing support that enabled me to play to my strengths.
The lived experience of my coaching clients: As well as my own experience, you’ll get insight into real life experiences of neurodivergent professionals (while protecting their identity). I’ve positively impacted more than 25 neurodivergent coaching clients, across a range of neurotypes, ages, gender identities and career levels.
My evidence-based knowledge: Since discovering I’m autistic, neurodivergence and neurodiversity have become my new interest: I have consumed books, lived experience accounts and scientific research papers on the topic. I have even published my own original research on character strengths of autistic adults in the UK.
My professional qualifications: I hold an integrated Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (MAPPC) from the University of East London (2021, Distinction). I’m also accredited with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) at the Senior Practitioner level (see the certificate here).
