Professional Coaching for Neurodivergent Employees
Harness the power of neurodiversity in your team and organisation
Are you a manager looking to support your neurodivergent employee with:
-
Improving confidence following a late-life diagnosis or self-discovery of neurodivergence (autism, ADHD and more)
-
Identifying reasonable adjustments (sensory, communication, and more) to foster sustainable productivity
-
Developing leadership and self-leadership skills following a recent promotion or increase in responsibilities
Welcome, I’m glad you found me.
In my work as a coach, I draw onto:
My corporate experience: Prior to creating Expand the Circle, I enjoyed a diverse career as a Consulting Actuary (FIA CERA) for 10 years. Working in various roles across consulting, insurance and reinsurance (pricing, R&D, group reporting, risk function) gave me an insight into different business models and organisational and team cultures.
My own lived experience — as well as the experiences of my coaching clients (always shared anonymously and with permission).
My professional qualifications: I’m accredited with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council at the Senior Practitioner level (see the certificate here) and have a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London (2021, Distinction).

What my clients say
Comprehensive coaching packages
I offer coaching packages of 4-6 hours of coaching, depending on the needs of the coachee and needs as an organisation (eg ensuring consistency with the existing coaching offer).
Attendance of line manager and/or HR sponsor at the opening and closing sessions, and ad-hoc as needed, is encouraged but entirely optional.
The following are included as standard:
A complimentary 30-45 minute chemistry session with the coachee (and line manager / HR sponsor)
A copy of all psycho-educational materials and worksheets used in sessions
Recommendation of further resources to engage with, tailored to coachee’s needs and learning preferences
Personalised actions and strategies so the coachee can continue the work between sessions
Regular evaluation of coachee’s progress, through online questionnaires (can be shared with line manager / sponsor throughout the partnership)
Email support between sessions
A closing report with a recommendation of next steps
